My mission is to help the front end developers in their tasks on every projects.

Help them to organise, fix, find solutions and encourage them to learn new solutions when needed.

I had to learn the Hybris platform development best pratices on the front end side to define how to make a front end build ith the integrated tools.
Today we have a efficient and scalable building tool which can be deploy on every project, with existing filetree or from scratch.

My other missions are to help our marketing team to analyse new CMS solutions on the front end side. Give them hints on the several Ecommerce platforms strenghts (Hybris, Orocommerce, SalesForce...)

I had several missions as a front end consultant in customers offices, to help them to organise their code, theirs front end developers and find front end solutions to their problems.

I had to work on several CMS like Wordpress, Plone or Drupal to fix UI and UX problems.
It helped me to understand several companies organisations and get the ability to adapt on every work environment.

A great experience of 6 years in a young web agency specialised in mobile content, service and advertisements.

My role was to manage and drive multiple teams of front end developers on all company websites (3 websites on each 8 countries = almost 24 websites to manage). I was in charge of code quality and development process.

Our teams were in France (7 front end developers), Germany (2 front end developers) and Romania (4 front end developers).

The content of the websites were ringtones, walpapers, games, video streaming, clairvoyance service and chat SMS service. Our website were made with several CMS like Drupal, Plone and Wordpress.

First experience in the world of mobile content.
This company created several great mobile contents and services which i was in charge to integrate in the custom content management platform.

I was in charge of :
# integrate mobile website in the languages of this time like OML, PML, XML, WAP, iMode... On our CMS made with Plone.
# manage our SMS platform # integrate and manage our content in our platform with contact with content editors
# management our device databse used to manage our mobile content compatibilities

My mission was to answer complex issue for premium and VIP customer about their phones, tablets, PC card, ISP box, ...
I had to write documentation to describe every solution found in our internal tools. I learned how to answer to customers and how to have the patience to find a true solution to them.
